Dream: good point MrObvious. The i-RUN is a Health Promotion Board initiative, and permits will have to be applied...not so sure about the other running groups around the area though

MrObvious: hope u guyz have some police permit for such a massive assembly else it'd be illegal. In fact, in Singapore, even 1 person can now be constitued as illegal assembly.

Dream: fabian, yes, the Patt Strap is very effective in preventing ITB from acting up, thus allowing you to continue with training and runs. However, it will not cure your ITB, which will require rest/rehab

fabian: Hi Dream..just came across your blog and realised you suffered ITB before in 2005. Could you tell me whether a normal Patt strap can be worn above the kneecap and prevent the ITB from acting up?
